Pluvia... I don't think there is a question that Tony gave away money while in Kosovo/Macedonia. (Estimated at 40K?? which is a lot of money!!) The question was that the money Matt collected while Tony was out of the country.... that Tony was to match. Was that "donated money" sent to MT organization as per the $14K receipt with Tony's matching funds? Tony very sincerely told me it did...and was amazed that I did not trust him anymore. Now at the trial, there was apparently some question about the MT receipt (per Wolff's posts). Also...there was some comments that the Kosovos that he brought home might have needed some support money....so perhaps it was used there?? Bottom line....Tony got tired of being hassled about the "where did the money go" so he returned it ($7K -$1K anonymous donor) (I say $7K because the receipt was for $14K and if I recall correctly...Tony matched our donations. But clearly, I have no "real idea" of what actually happened. If you want to find out, Matt would be the best person to ask, I think. Mary
