Not only can I read, I can think too! While your reattaching your a**, try pluging in your brain too.

The fact that Cuba imports oil doesn't mean it doesn't have it in the ground. That's why one is under Economy and the other is under Natural resources.

Now why can't Cuba use it's own oil? I'll quiz you later...
