Shucks, we been paying $2.00 a gallon for gas on the left coast for a long time, part of the oil companies' program of soak the suckers with the money.

Companies in consumer electronics will slow (already happening according to the L.A.Times), but that means companies in vital electronics industries like networking (that increase productivity) will have an easier time getting those components they need,

I hope so. The coming wafer shortage was causing me a little concern, but ANCR gains access to components through QLGC's orders. Larger chip customers can command priority shipments from suppliers/mfrs. A critical supply concern to Ancor's ramp is met with this deal. Hardly a serendipitous advantage.
