"High 5's" to LHG, SJ, SnP and Draderd for the excellent reporting. Thanks a bunch guys.

You fellas certainly have scooped the local press with your timely written reports but I must warn you that, unless you can post some pictures pronto, CBS News will scoop you with the flare photos !! Their crew will apparently be on site shortly (if not already) to interview the field staff. I do not know if this will be for local coverage only or whether it may be national but I for one will be watching the CBS news out of Spokane this evening just in case.

BTW, a 35 ft flare off an 8" riser should be about a 15 MMCF/d flow. If the flare is already burning clean we can probably anticipate that they will be shutting in pretty soon (perhaps right after the television coverage ??). The "biggest test rate" will come about 48 hrs after they shut in. That ought to be quite a candle since they barely had her cracked open for this flow !!!!

Tip a couple of Corona for me guys, and thanks again.

Later,
grayhairs

EDIT: I was hoping those TV crews wouldn't scoop you guys. Again, well done with the photo !!!!!!!!!!
