The recent strategic moves have been very costly to IVI with a corresponding drop in share price. When I first bought the stock I was told very few insiders owned shares and thought this curious. However, after the share price dropped rapidly...the amount of insider ownership has increased substantially. What I am concerned about is Ingenico purchasing IVI at a low share price, when the reason for the low share price is poor earnings due to mgmt positioning the company in Ingenico's favour. I realize Ingenico is a strategic partner and one has to give up something to get something...but what are IVI shareholders really getting...and will the purchase price reflect this the investment made by IVI shareholders.
