Jim,
I certainly don't wish the good people on the West Coast to be losing their property values. For my own sake, however, bursting the California Real Estate bubble may be a good thing when I am ready to purchase a property soon.

I have lots of relatives in CA, and the weather can't be better, so California, here we come!

East Coast certainly has much to offer, except the weather is no better than here in the Midwest, and us older folks are getting too soft to fight the snow and the hot muggy days.

One thing I would like to find out is if and when the California Real Estate bubble is bursting, and I hope I can get some feedbacks here.

Richard
