Re <<Yiels: Currently ca. 70% at 1,5 GHz(!). Because of these high yields Motorola has made AMD an offer to produce G4s for Apple in Dresden but AMD expects the fab to be 100% utilized for Athlons processors>>

To me this shows this is all made up dreams. 70% yields at 1.5 GHz? I say NO WAY.

And now Motorola wants AMD to fab a totally a different core on a new process because of high yields in the Athlon core. Good fantasy but far from reality.

Re <<Thunderbird at 1,5 GHz: Michael Kannelos on News.com predicted Thunderbird of up to 1.25 GHz at introduction. This is again about 20% better.>>

Thunderbird will be introduced from 750 MHz to 1 GHz. AMD has made this clear in no uncertain terms, over and over.
