Bill F., I will check the conference call transcript of Q4. I don't recall the same guidance you are citing. I recall (but I may be wrong) that they said their would be seasonally lower revenues or flat, but as I said I may be wrong and will check. I do know that they got hit by a y2k business slowdown and their enterprise segment did not ramp back as fast as they expected in Q1. However, they still made the bottom line number by increasing their margins and out-of-the-box revenues. Their is no question that they were hit by the enterprise y2k related slowdown (which is now recovering). Since we are still living through this slowdown (eventhough it is ramping back)and most investors or traders consider a single Q a life time, the stock has been under significant pressure. If they are successful in executing their internet strategy and achieve the 40% non-system revenue target by year end, the stock will be significantly higher by year end.

BTW, I don't consider "they are capitilzing everything they can and trying to do deals where they can effectively run the balance sheet thru the income statement" specific examples of what you call balance sheet games.

Best of luck to you!

:o)
