of the heap to get their numbers..hence they can lie
about market conditions for a long time and get away with
fooling most of the people..>

Actually, your chart tells us more about the incredible buying opportunity circa Oct. '98 than anything resembling a sustainable Bear. Also interesting pattern when the 50 crosses the 200DMA...
