<I've been fascinated by Pat Mudge and her interest in stocks that she does not own!> ME TOO!! I did a lot of DD on Guilder and Mudge, and it raised more questions than answers. From someone that gets paid well for his reports you expect a high value of the content. Certain areas I did not know well enough, I tried to evaluate by reading the responses, and evaluating the people that responded positively as well as the ones that responded negatively. The same I did with Guilder.... AMAZING... I truly believe that Mudge is respected better than Guilder by the people I respect. And Mudge is not paid to give her technical insight on SI!??? As far as Mudge's "obsession to prove Gilder wrong" or painting rather compelling stories with lots of DD. I am hopeful that she does not loose her convictions. I know GG has a large following among brokers that recommend his picks, so the stocks he recommends always go up (for 3 or 4 days). As for long term investment, I prefer to check with Mudge. OT/OT/ And if my needs are to retrieve donated monies, I will check feminvstr. henk
