In answer to your ATMS question: slow, grinding, nasty downtrend in effect here. 8.25 looks like a head bang. Working its way down to mid 5's before becoming oversold enough to even consider entry. Barring anything exciting in the news this is one of those mis steps by the smart market. Watch the 200dMA for your cue.
