Douglas, << The coming wafer shortage was causing me a little concern, but ANCR gains access to components through QLGC's orders. Larger chip customers can command priority shipments from suppliers/mfrs. A critical supply concern to Ancor's ramp is met with this deal>> Would Ancor be sourcing the components, or would this be the province of Pemstar? I haven't checked to see who Qlogic uses, but I wonder if their will be consolidation of ECMs. Greg
