It's really though to read your post. Well here's a stab at what I think you thought, which is that I saw you say, incorrectly that is, there wasn't "lots" of oil in Cuba. Than you thought that I said that there really was "lots" of oil in Cuba. When I really never used the word "lots" but simply reference a link to the CIA web site that showed that there was oil in Cuba, thus weaking your argument. But wait! Cuba was importing the oil it used even thought there's oil in the ground. But how could that be? I then thought that I wrote, and think that you saw that I had written that there was a reason for this and that you would be quized? I also thought that I saw that I had shown where in the reference the difference between "economy" and "natural resources". Is that clear, because that's how you sound to me. Would you like me also to explain the work "is" also? Let's try it my way now. First I'll make the assumption that your are not an official or agent of the Cuban government and hence really don't know how much oil is in the ground in Cuba. That means then your argument is based on conjecture. dictionary.com Next I'll inform you that I too am NOT an official or agent of said government. Additionally I have no knowledge or opinion of how much oil is in the ground other than to say your conjecture is weak. Why is it weak? Because we know that there is some amount of oil, as per the previous link to the CIA web site (I'm also assuming that page is factual). I do follow oil services stocks (NE, MAVK, HAL, etc.) and know that where there is some oil there also could be a lot (my opinion). Before we knew there was "lots" of oil in Alaska we knew there was some. The ability of Castro to do oil exploration and development is limited at best. Why? Well it didn't help that he nationalized all of the basic industries in Cuba when he took power. That gives those in the oil industry best suited to help, ZERO incentive to assist in development of those fields. So are you a musician?
