The Trece de Marzo incident is well-known, and yes, it was an atrocity, inexcusable. Probably not the only one, as well. However, you are painting a picture where such atrocities are routine, and they are not. The great majority of intercepted balseros are picked up and returned to their homes, where they are, regrettably, censured for their unpatriotic sentiments. This in itself is a crime, no need to add a false impression to it.

Your nation is the only nation ever to use the atom bomb against fellow members of our species. Yet you do not make a routine of so doing. And hey - good on ya for that [credit where credit's due].
