really like rocks. There are a lot of things I like about them. I like rocks too... a lot.... But then, I think you knew that already.... I like rocks that have been in the ocean.... because the ocean is inside of them.... forever.... no matter where they go... I like rocks with fossils inside.... Flat limestone ones that you split with a hammer to release the fish that have been trapped inside for eons.... I like giant rock faces... with petroglyphs carefully pecked and chipped into them... And geodes.... that are like treasure boxes... And interesting shaped rocks of any kind.... big limestone rocks which water has dripped on for years to dapple the surface.... Or sandstone that has been worn away until it looks like a Henry Moore sculpture.... Or pieces of petrified wood.......once wood, now stone.... Or black slate with little trilobytes all over it..... Or great octagonal pillars of basalt stretching out into the sea like stepping stones for a giant... Large or small.... I love them all...
