Jeff,

1. The system DOES suck and will be changed; may take some time. It began by requiring OTCBB's to become fully reporting. More changes will take place over time including the "naked short" issue.

2. Since the SEC began requiring fully reporting status, now most OTCBB's are NOT start-ups; many OTCBB's are companies that have been in business for years and simply do not qualify for listing on other exchanges, or have no desire to do so.

3. In speaking with a colleague from another country, he hit the "nail on the head". He respectfully said, "You Americans are so confusing, why do you pass laws that protect the criminals?" He was specifically referring the market markers, for he realizes that market makers can get away with things on the US markets that they cannot in Europe.

4. INVT is pursuing bashers, individually or as employees of market makers, because INVT intends to be around for a long time and this problem will not go away unless as many OTCBB's as possible take action. This is not for immediate purposes but for future purposes.

My final question to you is this:

You've already posted your disdain for INVT, so why do you continue to come to the INVT board to post? Logic would dictate a person post on a stock that he was interested in and wanted to do additional research on. Yet, you continue to post here; hmmmmmmmmmmm.
