OBJECTIVES & TRADING STYLE FOR OUR OPTIONS ACCOUNT
--------------------------------------------------

There is a common belief that 80% of all options bought lose and many expire worthless. I mention this to understand that buying options, whether PUTs or CALLs, is a very high risk strategy.

We are starting out with $10,000 for this hypothetical OPTIONS ACCOUNT.
With the very strong risks, one should expect very strong returns so my goal is to profit in the 100% range, hopefully more, in the course of 1 year.

We will mainly use INDEX options, but we may play stock options on only a few occassions.

We will also be employing option strategies such as straddles/strangles/spread. These strategies are to mainly minimize the risks of trading OPTIONs.

From my past experience I use 1/5, or less, of the total capital for any option trade.

I will be posting the trade on our website, hopefully immediately, but at times there may be a delay of no more than 5-min since I may be making that trade in my own account.

Again, this is a very risky strategy, and this strategy is not for everyone.
