Tom,

I'm personally looking foward to playing Tenchu
and a few of the other 400 games on my Dreamcast.
If you think Ridge Racer looks good on a PSX 2,
it looks much better on a Dreamcast in 640X480
with anti-aliasing, running at a steady 30 FPS.

It's going to get real interesting in July when
Bleemcast releases. I now have 100's of games i
can buy for 20 bucks and under, that will take me
months/years to play. I still can't even keep up
with what's being released now.

Here's some more PSX 2 stuff,

coremagazine.com

The Usenet crowd, even the fanboys feel the
same way about the PSX 2. Their arguments
and flames became stale most have given up,
except the trolls.

Sony is still going to win eventually, a brand
is a brand. It won't be this year though, and
next year the X-Box will prevail. It all boils
down to who has the games to play THIS year,
and who was smart enough to make or port them.

Sega wins hands down, even Sonys PR machine
couldn't save them. Now the PSX 2 is an
"entertainment device".I can't wait to see
what Intel and Microsoft have in store for
Sony.
