Lets' consider some basic facts. Tony and Lozeman were heading for a war zone. Who would carry $40k into a war zone? Who would not use travelers cheques? Who can get out of the country with $40 in cash without being stopped at customs.....the max I think is $10k. And I would have to think Tony would have had to let the whole world know he was caught trying to get cash out to the refugees. Or is this another anti-legal escapade he got away with.....whoops....damned if you do.....damned if you don't. Why did it take over a year for the receipt to show up? Why does "Michael" say the money was not given? Supposedly, the sentencing hearing transcripts contain some answers. They are supposedly being obtained. Time will tell. S1
