Who is CNN's principal upstream ISP(s)? Are you all referring to route peering and settlement fees?

I don't know who CNNs principle ISP is. CNN is just an example. Route peering and settlement fees is one way to describe it. Premium access is another.

I don't understand the issues and the factors behind what you all suggesting would be the "price" for CNN to pay. And what types of services would CNN be supporting? Vanilla Web? Streaming video? What? Help me out.

Streaming video/audio
Video email
Net phone
Real-time traffic cams (Bay Area people understand what I mean. Except for that one guy who can't find a job)
On-line gaming
Porn that moves you

These are things that currently exist. I don't know what else. Ahhaha says that it isn't realistic and that it would be expensive. What do you think? If all ATHM can deliver is a faster same-old-web then what is the point?

You are more grounded in reality than anyone on any thread anywhere. Tell me why what I suggest is unrealistic. Don't tell me why it can't exist today but why it shouldn't or can't exist in a year or two.

Thanks,
