do I KNOW what Larry Stockett is doing? No, I'm not privy to his inner thoughts so I can't say one way or another. COULD he be doing the "pump and dump" thing? Possibly - consider the disparate group of businesses he's assembling - membership grocery & household items businesses, online stock quoting service, karate schools, IPO newsletter and technique trainings...no common theme that I can discern other than his own presence and the use of large blocks of stock to assemble the mini-empire. Does *sound* parallel to the techinque mentioned in the NY Times article which wasn't unique to that one operation.

And if you go back to the origins of Sinclare you'll see the use of large quantities of stock handed out right and left with convoluted explanations or reasons given for why that was done.

Do you know today why millions of shares in SNCG *and* Hightec were given to unnamed parties to settle their multi-million dollar claims against SNCG and, Oh, by the way, what the hell were those claims anyway and why would Hightec stock be used to satisfy the debts when there was no relationship between Hightec and Sinclare when the reasons for the claims occurred? Or was there a common link all along, that is, Larry Stockett who took care of the claims that way because the claimants didn't want just Sinclare stock to satisfy the claims? (pure speculation, of course).

But now there are those millions of shares out there somewhere (Barbados? Cali? Danville?) just waiting to be unloaded on the market so the holders can cash out - *when the time is right*.

When will that be? Maybe when Waaco Kid and/or others start trumpeting the stocks. Those shares have little or no intrinsic value today, in my opinion (underscore opinion), so by what means will they acquire value - by perception if nothing else? You tell me because you seem good at making predictions.
