Words of Advice for Graduates on the Threshold of the Millennium

Legend has it that the longest commencement address, said to have been given in the early days of Harvard University, lasted six hours -- the first three in Latin, the latter in Greek.

With this kind of English skill, no wonder them speeches had to be in Greek. The latter??? And no editor at the NYT squawk???
