You are absoluely correct re TLXN being able to "go to the dogs" and it may very well. The only thing I was pointing out was the risk you face in any short. The question as ever is: what is the risk reward ratio? TLXN was once a dominant name and let it all go to waste. I don't think a buyout is probable, but take a look at market cap + debt and see if with a 20% premium and 10% equity combined with say 9% could be paid down over 10 years. IF the answer is no, then a buyout is even more remote. Hope this helps.
