<<Funny... because once it gets waaaay up in the air... far away from me...>> In 19 and 80 I bought a kite. Thought I'd get it a long way up. Tied it too my deep sea fishing line. 80 pound test. I had 600 yards of line out when I found the line wasn't tied to the reel arbor. The drag of the line kept enough tension on it that it climbed and climbed... clean outta sight. It may still be up there circling the globe. If you find a blue kite with 600 yards of monofilament line, it's mine.
