Richard-I've been lighting up on GLB as it moves higher and reinvesting the proceeds in HRP. So far it hasn't worked too well. Do you think the takeover rumors (on various threads) for GLB make any sense since the stock is already over 15? Also on HRP do you think if health care investment is worthless the dividend would still hold up at near a $1 due to the solid office portfolio? Also do you feel ASN or BDN have more upside from the present prices? TIA Bob
