Directions to Gold Creek Everyone,

When leaving the Atlanta airport, there are very easy signs directing you to Interstate 85 North (I-85N). Follow this into the south side of Atlanta where it will join up with I-75N and the two will take you through the heart of downtown Atlanta.

On the north side of the city the two interstates will split apart and you want to stay on I-85N toward Greenville. After the split look for the 2nd exit which is State Road 400 North. It is a Toll Road.(50 cents) Besides having Toll Road and Ga 400 on the exit sign, I believe it also has, to Dahlonega on it also.

You will follow Ga 400N straight out to North Georgia. You will pass 17 exits total, (numbered 1 to 17) and then the road becomes a regular highway as opposed to a freeway look. From exit 17 mark your odometer to go exactly 11.5 miles to Hwy 136. A good landmark to look for is the North Georgia Premium Outlets on your left. From the outlets it is 3.5 miles to Hwy 136.

Hwy 136 does not have a stop light so you need to watch your odometer. At Hwy 136 turn left and go 6 miles to a 4 way stop which is the intersection of Hwy 136 and Hwy 9. Go straight through the intersection and the entrance to Gold Creek is one mile on the right.

Everyone read these directions and if you have any questions, PM me ASAP.

Thanks,

Joel
