Dan, You made a brilliant call in avoiding this stock. I've thrown in the towel on this one. Very sorry to have to relate this news to the board here since I was the one who was so bullish on this company earlier. Sold half my position on this on Friday. What is left has such little value that I will probably just keep it until they go bankrupt on 9/30. I learned a very valuable lesson with this company --- too much debt can strangle even the best O&G exploration companies. Also, the Canadian markets are nowhere for a US O&G company to be trading at. I've applied this lesson in selecting my latest O&G stock in which I've taken a large position: Panaco (PANA).
