Ron, I appreciate your comments concerning the validity of ecnc. Based on what you said in message #10199 can we conclude that until, and if, we hear anything factual about ecnc we can conclude that they are a valid investment? Like many others I have been stuck with many shares that are supposed to support our daughter's college education, which is coming in 2 years. Please share your good information PLEASE. Thank you.
