Chuck that seems odd as I heard INTC just took some delivery of some Tools within the last few weeks that use 300mm Copper Wafers(Just a note these copper 300mm wafers are about $20,000.00 each) to start 130nm process on them. Which plant of INTC is already doing 130nm and on what type of wafers? Milo P.S. I'm sure Glad AMD has been using Copper allot longer than INTC.
