Jeff, Thanks for your thought out and incisive comments. I was going to ask if you'd bought SGI back but then read on another post that you had last year. It means alot more when you're in the boat. Why do you feel Jermoluk had to go? Just because it was time to go to a different tack or did you dislike his agenda? Did you know a hiring freeze went into effect several weeks ago? Bill
