Hi Andrew: It's been out of the news for a while, chances are even
the layer who is working it will short the stock before he makes
another press release, and you know AOL is not going to remind
any one of it. Unless you get on the insie track with the lawyer
I doubt you will find a court date, he is likly telling his clients
not to talk of it..and has friends in the wings ready to short her
just before the next news you hear..we little guys always get
an update..to late..I'm long term short because AOL is not going
to ever make enough money to justify this large market cap..it's
stupid to think she will. My short term plays are based on TA..
and I'v learned to not put much value in the news, good or bad.
If I write the lawyer and he gives me a court date I'll pass it
on via e-mail.
Jim
