Great description of the past. But for it to be true at this time would mean that every CEO of every Chip Equipment company I follow has explicitly lied in their earnings conference calls. ... which would make them subject to litigation.

I don't know what you disagree with. I didn't say it was happening now and I don't know how a CEO would know whether their orders are "good". Will they still be needed 7 months into the future? When backlog for litho's reach 18 months, how the heck do they know that far into the future?

I would also believe the sales reps first. If anybody knows any sales reps in the industry - TALK TO THEM!!!!! They know a lot more than the CEO's.

I also said it starts with the semi's when the Dell's need their chips to build computers. Their model is great when there is a glut in chips and prices are fallen. How will it hold up when prices are rising and supply is low? If your name isn't Mikey, you aren't the first in line.

Or should we believe that you know more about customer delivery requests than the CEOs of the leading equipment companies.

I'm know nothing, but pointy hair CEO's are the last persons I would believe. They are cheerleaders.

I think we need see evidence of double bookings before we have a blow off peak.
