Test Drive does seem to fall w/in GIFT's patent. Mr F, have sent to them a Notice of Infringement, if it has not been done already. The stock has been drifting lower. It is from the lack of news lately. Its getting back into the "BUY ZONE". This stock will take off on any semi-significant news. It did when "the important court date" of 6/7 was announced, and that was hardly significant. The way to KO this patent is by proving "prior art". If no one has shown that by now, "it does not exist" IMO. Also, in this mkt, with all the "hot money" stopped out of the former "high flyers" they may come on board here. Thats what happened to IOMG, etc. SO, get ready to load up a bit more at these lower levels take a bit off the table after another double and enjoy the ride. I'll be here with shares "more or less".
