A quiet mover the area of Internet rating is Net Shepherd (WEB on ASE). They are more focused at commercial applications. Web site is netshepherd.com They have expanded their software to provide what they call "rating and filtering" so that it covers both the "offensive" material and "unwanted" material screening for commercial applications. (No more Penthouse in working hours). They have also got deals underway with Alta Vista and are in discussions with Firefly and Microsoft. I understand that they have made sales overseas this quarter but I have no details of the size. They have just completed a private placement and seem to be well funded and well managed. No income has been reported to date (they have been in operation for just over 12 months) Annual meeting is in Calgary Alberta on the 21st May. I intend to attend and will report after that time and I may start a thread at that time if one does not exist.
