DES PLAINES, Ill., May 25, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Delmar A. Janovec, Chairman
and CEO of AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. announced today that the Preliminary
Purchase Agreement, executed on March 15, 2000 to purchase CMR Construction
Company, Inc. has been withdrawn. No further negotiations are scheduled.
