David, you naughty boy. 20 lashes with a wet noodle. Why did you bother to ask a Merrill Lynch broker about short-selling rules? (no response, since Merrill is bullish on America)...
part 2 - Well gentlemen (including Mr. Tim Flick), I just went over what looks to be MIOA's 10-K. The section on their legal entanglements is amazing. If I quit my job and spent 3 years in law school, it looks like MIOA will have plenty of work for me when I get out and pass the bar exam in Florida. Nah, I don't like Florida - too humid. What's this in their latest filing - giving stock away at $2 a share? - if the company is so wonderfully profitable, why are they giving stock away - can't they pay their bills? I'll be serious with you all - I truly believe if Mr. Morell would pay less attention to paying a dinky PR firm to tout his stock and just focus on the business of turning around MIOA that shareholders would be better off. It is a fact that the number of shares outstanding is much higher than what is reflected in their March quarterly earnings release. To deny that is equivalent to saying the earth is flat. If you shareholders want to see your stock higher, then tell the mushroom man (couldn't resist) to cease handing out stock like cotten candy at a county fair and focus on running the company. Also, realize that it's not my fault that some of you may have bought this stock as high as $105 a share and that it's now roughly $2 1/2. What I have stated here is constructive, as opposed to pure hype, which is what some others have posted on the thread.
