As Mike said, Bay already has Remote Access products, but I also don't think PNRL wanted to give that up anyway.
Ron Howard is the CEO, a young guy (in his 30's), put together the whole Access Beyond strategy. They kept the SEXI part of the business.
I saw PNRL at Comnet in Wash,DC in Feb. Their booth for Access Beyond was PACKED. Standing room only. People just waiting to fill out information cards. I can only believe that this has and will lead to increased sales.
Revenues are back on their way UP after the previous 3 quarters, so things are really looking up. Also, check out their Access Beyond ads in pubs like Network World.
I am not selling, and was fortunate to get back in before the big run up. As soon as Access Beyond is final, we can start a new thread or just use this one.
I hope they value Access Beyond at $3, I will buy more !!! I think its all supposed to be final in Sep.
