There was a personal attack against someone, threatening to
publicly disclose his real name and to expose him for the tout and *****!$%^ (censored)
that he really was.

This should've been brought to our attention at the time it happened. If it was conduct in violation of the Terms of Use, it would've been taken care of appropriately. The way you describe it, it sounds like it was.
