Lew, was just thinking!! It's the medium we operate in, cyberspace, it's so impersonal at times, hard to really make a connection with the individual , at times.!! Without putting a face, and tears, and body language , and inflections in speech tones, it s hard to make the connection; so we (I) always have to remind myself there are real hurts , and pain, and sorrow, behind every request....God give me whatever it takes !!!!!!!!!
