Good morning all: One of the distracting problems hanging over Intag's head was a protracted dispute with Magellan over licenses for RFID products (if I remember correctly, Magellan has an interest in the sensors whereas Intag does the rest, including the FRAM containing airline BagTags). On Friday both companies announced that the dispute has been completely settled out of court. The settlement includes the payment by Magellan to Intag of a sum exceeding $5.0 million from future royalties. This settlement sounds like bad news for lawyers but good news for shareholders. Let's hope Intag's BagTag system spreads to US airports and they become rapacious users of FRAM - then Neil will stop being bored :-) . Cheers, RichardW.
