Another 'option' (no pun intended) is to roll them at the end of the day if you think the current trend will continue. Take some $$ off the table and roll down (if puts) or up (if calls). If you're wrong, you don't lose as much.

I actually remember thinking about it but then who the f@#$# am I to tell you what you should do!! You know this stuff as well if not better than I do. The reason I remember it is I went w/puts about the time you went with calls & when I saw you went with calls, I got that sinking feeling in my stomach. I remember your 'we have liftoff' message & two days later I was tempted to send you a 'Houston, we have a problem' response but I figured you probably didn't need something like that.

EDIT: Bailed on INSP. 2 pt loss. Shoulda held YHOO & sold INSP.
