I'm still confused. Ruffian says that DS CDMA is CDMA except for a few details. As a non-techie, I cannot evaluate what he says. I must say, however, that he provides more detail than you do. Is there a source to which you can refer me that unequivocally deals with the issue of whether GSM can migrate to 3G DS CDMA?
