I'm not getting into who was right or wrong on a given issue. I am talking about individuals who routinely use abusive language toward others. I can think of one individual I have brought to Bob's attention numerous times. He gets suspended for a few days then he comes back and starts all over again.

That means the "rules" aren't being enforced as advertised. Or SI is just willing to tolerate multiple repeat offenders if they don't draw blood - just stink up the place with playground antics.
