I am not presently happy about Globalstar but am not willing to judge Dr. J. by it as it could be a story that has not yet fully played out. In any event, I don't think it will affect Q too heavily even if it suffers the same fate as Iridium, which is doubtful.

Any one who thinks that China is a story that has ended with some sort of definitive resolution is not being realistic. The story is in its infancy. I'm clearly not going to judge Dr. J. by the present status of the Chinese imbroglio.

I judge Dr. J. instead by what he has done. Even you would admit that his accomplishments are stellar. His credibility in my mind is untarnished.

What does astonish me is that many DS CDMA players have (aapparently) gone forward with it even though the IPR issues have not be clarified--I know you think differently.
