Frank - A few years back, the NASDAQ was seen as an incubator for companies. One of my stock mentors told me that not to many years ago, conservative investors wouldn't invest in NASDAQ companies because of the number of failures and volitility. During that time, once companies started making real money, they "graduated" to the NYSE which gained them credibility. This attitude has obviously changed in recent years with huge successful concerns remaining happy and prosperous on the NASDAQ. SGI moved at the tail end of the old philosophy.

Regards
Jeff
