I don't think the Kerberos example was part of the DOJ's complaint, but maybe it will be part of the next lawsuit.

Microsoft's Kerberos hijinks were mentioned in the government's remedy brief. It didn't come up during the testimony in the trial because MS hadn't done it yet. The government included it in in the remedy brief to show that MS was continuing in their activities. That's one of the things the MS fans have been complaining about, that the government talked about Kerberos (and making Office interoperate with WinCE devices) in the remedy brief, when it wasn't mentioned in the trial.
