Gary,
Some comments about your post on the CSCO thread
Message 13797978

There are some stocks that I have noticed that an extreme signal means to do the opposite. CSCO is one of them. When it broke through the BSL, that indicated to me that it was time to buy. Similar thing happens with NEM. When it gives a buy signal, that is the best time to sell and when it gives a sell signal, that is the best time to buy.

$59 for CSCO would be the second buy signal and I think that it will be very meaningful. Also, notice the rising lows.

This may be a bear market rally, I don't think that we will really know for sure until we break through the 4000 area on the Naz. But if CSCO goes up through the BRL, I would consider it to be a leading indication that it is a significant bottom and not a bear market rally.

Naz at 3400 would break a triple top.
