Thanks for your response.

I just got off the phone with a TD Waterhouse Canada broker who told me that even though AT trades on Toronto it is still "in principle" a foreign company and will be subject to foreign content limitations.

Now I am really confused. At least At is up 6 bucks today in case I have to sell.
