I have wondered about who Yahoo thinks the 27% insiders are since Yahoo's listing for this is a lot less than 5%. I think this is the source of a significant part of the "error" in the 98% value. I have posted a question about the 28% insiders to a couple boards and not gotten any good answers so far.

Regardless of the actual percentage, it is clear that institutional ownership has been rising strongly since 4Q99.
