This week may be the best point to get into MSFT stock for several reasons: #1. Windows 2000 is strong and corporate upgrade cycle is beginning. #2. The case is moving out of TPJ's hands by this week and will be in friendlier turf of appeals court #3. MSFT may start buybacks soon. #4. The focus of wall street will likely shift to business fundamentals once case is in appeals court. #5. Intel, DELL, Compaq, HP and IBM are saying business is very sound and see strong second half. Also all of them indicated strong Windows2000 business. I am going more long this week.
